Somehow, several weeks have gone by, and I've provided nary an update. Bad blogger.
Well, I'm back. Here to have fun, blog even if I feel what I have to say is boring, and share all of my triumphs and tribulations. How does that sound?
So where have I been, and what have I been up to?
Well, there was Florida.
There were beaches,
Sanibel Island |
delicious food,
The Bubble Room Restaurant in Captiva - odd place, but with the tastiest-looking desserts. |
a beautiful wedding,
and tequila.
It was high-quality tequila, I assure you. |
Shenanigans throughout. This is my BFF Stefanie, by the way :-) We had a blast together!
We were trying to do a yoga pose, hovering over a fountain. Didn't work out so well. |
It was a nice little getaway!
Since we've been back, I feel like it's been work work work work work. Work.
Not that I'm complaining... the past month has been packed with awesome shows (I work in the music industry). For Mardi Gras, we had Mucca Pazza, this huge punk rock marching band. For St. Patrick's Day, there was a show with The Tossers. We had Amos Lee. Sarah Silverman. Lots of awesome artists.
Anyhow - I'm looking forward to being back on a regular blogging schedule. Fun times ahead: I've just registered for a half marathon on July 10th. I've got my work cut out for me, training-wise!
Cheers, and talk to you all again soon.
You Do the Talking: How has this month been for you? What are you looking forward to the most in April?
This month was bonkerz (yes, the z is necessary), but April looks to be even more jam-packed and fun. Family parties, more concerts, Brewers games, and more!

I am registered for the Summerfest half marathon too! Should be a really fun race.
In April I am looking forward to the launch of our newly designed entertainment website at work, my dear friend's wedding and spring weather (I really, really hope!)
For me, I'm looking forward to my 1st Brew Crew game of the season with great friends on Tuesday, 4/5 and at the end of April, I'm finally getting out of here and heading to Vegas for a week. Time to start tanning and toning up so I don't look like a Midwestern tourister in all my pasty white glory!
